Hello, my name is Violet Quynh Anh, a high school student passionate about exploring the cultural values and traditions of Vietnam’s ethnic minorities. Through the journey of creating the documentary project "Soul of the Mountains – Colors of the Lô Lô", I aim not only to bring authentic and intimate perspectives on the lives of the Lô Lô people but also to spread love and respect for cultural treasures that are gradually fading away. As a young person, I believe that preserving and telling cultural stories is not only a responsibility but also a way to connect the past with the present, inspiring future generations. This project has been a chance for me to learn, practice content creation skills, and contribute in my own small way to safeguarding our nation’s precious heritage. I hope these short films will not only share the unique story of the Lô Lô people but also serve as a message to all of us about the diversity, richness, and human values of Vietnam’s ethnic communities.
